​How It Works

Stay active with us this winter! We challenge you to move your way to 50K (31 miles) from January 15 to March 1! You choose how, when, and where you move! 

By moving less than one mile per day, you can burn through this challenge - and achieve benefits for your mind and body along the way!  

The challenge is open to all ages! 
Do it by yourself, or challenge a family member or a friend to complete it along with you!
